On 24th of August,2019 in our school premises we celebrated Krishna Janmashtami. For the occasion we had Sri Kulen Sharma Sir ,who is a retired Headmaster of Dahi, M.V school as our cheif Guest.
Krishna-bhajan competetion was held. Then our students from I,II,III performed "Nitya-Natika" on KALIYADAMAN .
At last, following the age old tradition and making our students aware of the 'Dahi-handi' story, our from class-V,VI,VII did the "Matki-fodd".
On this auspicious occassion of 73rd Independence day and Raksha bandhan The flag was hoisted by our chief guest from Sapai Army Camp : Subedar Balbir Singh in the presence of School Principal and other managing Committee members. After the flag hoisting ceremony the cheif Guest was felicitated which was followed by some Dance and Drama programme by the students of our Vidyalaya. After some programmes following the age old tradition of Raksha bandhan the lady teachers of our Vidyalaya tied the Rakhi to our guest Subedar Balbir Singh and to our managing committee members. The students of vidyalaya also tied rakhi to each other.
A five days Personality Development Camp(PDC) was organized
in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Mangaldai for the student of class VI from 28th May to 1st June 2019.
All togather 19 students participated in the progamme.
They were divided into four groups name as Jagriti, Pragati,
Smriti, Kriti. They followed a Samay
sarini according to which every day’s progamme was carried
out . The shibir geet "Nirmano ke pavana
yuga me" was sung before every
session and Geet Abhyas. The
class teacher of class VI Pinky Sharma
was the shibir sanchalak and Vyavastha Pramukh.
The Bouddhik satra on the first day was taken by Vrinda
Sharma, Asst.teacher, VKV suklai. The topic was-‘Swami Vivekananda a Great
Personality.’
As this day is celebrated as National
Youth Day , we celebrated this day with great enthusiasum and pride.
