The Universal Brotherhood Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 11th September 2025 in the school premises. The guests were warmly welcomed with the melodious presentation of the Band Troupe, which left a lasting impression.

The Guest Speaker, Dr. Angiras, Associate Professor, Department of History, Mangaldai College, addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech highlighting the ideals of Swami Vivekananda and the message of universal brotherhood.

On this occasion, the winner students from Danhee Balika Vidyapeeth, Adarsha Vidyalaya, and Danhee MV School were felicitated along with their parents by the distinguished guests for their outstanding performance in the “Vivek Vani” competition.

The celebration concluded successfully with active participation from students, staff, and guests, making the day both meaningful and memorable.

With deep respect and heartfelt gratitude, our school celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and reverence.

The celebration commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by our respected Principal Sir, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the ushering in of knowledge. This was followed by a soulful Mangalacharan presented by the Class VII girls, creating a serene and auspicious atmosphere.

The students of Class VIII then performed a graceful Guru Vandana, paying homage to the guiding lights in our lives—our beloved teachers. A warm welcome speech and a melodious welcome song further uplifted the festive spirit, marking the beginning of a memorable celebration dedicated to our mentors.

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Mangaldoi Danhee

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Mangaldoi Danhee will observe Sankardev Tithi on 25th August 2025 with deep devotion and cultural fervour, commemorating the life and contributions of the great saint-reformer Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev.

The programme will begin at 8:00 AM with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and Mangalacharan, setting a spiritual tone for the day. This will be followed by a welcome address, a soulful rendition of Borgeet, and Naam Prasanga, reflecting the spiritual essence of Sankardev’s teachings.

A variety of cultural performances, inspirational speeches, and a drama presentation based on the life and teachings of Srimanta Sankardev will be presented by the students, honouring his profound impact on Assamese culture, literature, and the Bhakti movement.

The event aims to honor the timeless teachings and contributions of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardev, inspiring students, parents, and teachers to walk the path of devotion, unity, and selfless service.
