On 11th September 2024, the Vidyalaya has celebrated Universal Brotherhood Day in the school premises. The MLA was invited as the chief guest and graced the occasion with his presence. Respected Parimal Dutta Sir, former principal of Kharupetia College, was invited as the guest speaker. He has enlightened us with his kind words.
Respected Mukul Deka Sir, Director of BKD Group, was invited as the guest of honour and graced the occasion with his presence. Respected Partha Mallick Sir also was present on the programme. He has graced the occasion by sparing some valuable time from his busy schedule to make his presence.
The president of Vidyalaya Managing Committee, Respected R. K. Mahanta Sir, was also present in the programme. The members of Vivekananda Kendra, Mangaldoi Branch, Respected Profulla Dev Sharma Sir Respected Dadul Das Sir,Yuva Karyakartas etc. were also present on the program.
The program started at 9:00 a.m. with a speech competition which was organized for the students of Higher Secondary and Degree. The students from nearby schools & colleges also took part in the competition. Judges were invited from outside. The speech competition concluded by 10:00 a.m.
At 11:00 a.m., the lighting of the lamp ceremony was held.
