The Matri Puja was celebrated on 6th Feb 2025, a heartfelt and spiritually uplifting event, honoring the love, sacrifice, and blessings of mothers. The program was well-organized, bringing together students, parents, teachers, and distinguished guests in a meaningful gathering. The event was beautifully anchored by Shrestha Didi, who ensured a smooth and engaging flow of activities.The program commenced with a Mangalamacharan, followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp by the esteemed guest and the principal, symbolizing enlightenment and gratitude towards mothers. A soulful bhajan was performed by Bharwati Hazarika, filling the atmosphere with devotion and reverence. Rasmi Rekha Das di delivered an insightful speech on the importance of Matri Puja, highlighting the values of respect, love, and gratitude toward mothers.Baishali Didi introduced and felicitated the Purohit, who conducted the rituals with deep devotion and spiritual guidance.The Matri Puja rituals were performed with sincerity and devotion under the guidance of the Purohit, as students expressed their respect and gratitude towards their mothers. Selected students shared their heartfelt thoughts, emotions, and experiences about their mothers, making the event deeply emotional and memorable. Parents also took the opportunity to express their gratitude and share their perspectives on the significance of Matri Puja in nurturing strong family values.The guest of honor, Sri Tilak Ch. Saotroch, Retired Principal of Pachim Rangamati Higher Secondary School, delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of motherly love, respect, and cultural traditions. The event concluded with the recitation of the Shanti Mantra, spreading the message of peace, love, and gratitude. The Matri Puja celebration was a deeply touching and spiritually enriching experience. It strengthened the bond between students and their mothers, fostering a culture of respect, love, and gratitude. The active participation of students, parents, and teachers made this event truly memorable and meaningful.
