Krishna Janmashtami 2025
Our school joyfully celebrated Krishna Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna, with devotion and enthusiasm. Students from Balvatika to Class IV actively participated in a variety of cultural programs that highlighted the teachings and life of Shri Krishna.
The celebration began with a Mangalaacharan by Class V girls, followed by a Welcome Speech by our respected Principal, along with the felicitation of the Chief Guest.
The students presented:Bhajans by Class III, IV & V students
Speeches by students and teachers
Dance performances by Class V girls
Radha Krishna Competition showcasing creativity and devotion
Matka-breaking activity that filled the atmosphere with excitement and joy.
The Balvatika students also performed a wonderful role play depicting scenes from Krishna’s childhood – including Kaliya Naag, Vasudeva carrying Krishna, Yashoda, Nand Baba, Radha-Krishna, Sudama, and Gopis. These performances not only entertained but also shed light on the life lessons of Lord Krishna. We were honored by the presence of Sri Juto Rajat Deka, retired teacher of Asrit Dahi Balika Bidyapith, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. His inspiring words added more meaning to the celebration.
The program concluded with the chanting of the Shanti Mantra, spreading peace and positivity among everyone.
