Gita Chanting Competition 2025
On 10th August 2025, eight students of our Vidyalaya — Seemanta Suwas Sarma, Bhaswati Hazarika, Hitartha Buzar Baruah, Meghan Deka, Nishanta Sarma, Hrisik Dev Bharadwaj, Rehan Deka, and Rajnish Nath — actively participated in the Gita Chanting Competition held on the occasion of Sanskrit Diwas at Jnan Vikash Academy, Mangaldai.
The students presented the Karmayoga Shloka from their Padavali with great devotion and discipline. Their performance was highly praised by everyone, especially Dr. Bharati Goswami, Retired Professor from the Department of Sanskrit, B. Baruah College, Guwahati, who personally appreciated and encouraged the students.
A moment of pride for the Vidyalaya came when Hrisik Dev Bharadwaj was felicitated for his remarkable achievement in the Shloka Chanting.
